FragHMMent - Resources

You will need all these files to be able to run FragHMMent locally! Start by downloading and unzipping FragHMMent README. Then follow the instructions in README.txt.

A typical run of FragHMMent look like this: java -jar FragHMMentV1.24.jar query.psipred query.mtx result.txt
